The clock starts at 60 seconds and only runs while you are looking for the answer: it stops while a loop loads, while the verdict shows and while the next machine is announced.
Every three answers the machine changes, drawn at random among the twelve exercises, and the level goes up until it reaches 5. No lives, no compare sheet: the run ends when the clock hits zero. Points count as everywhere else, 10 for a perfect answer and 5 for a good one, and they all count toward your rank.
Perfect: +4 seconds.
Good: +2 seconds.
Miss: −6 seconds.
Bypass: counted per question, as in a free run.
