the service
Sounday is a free ear training game for mixing and music, played on sounday.noxelstudio.com and as an Activity in Discord. It is published by LORET Pierre, 3 allée Maudy Piot, 44200 Nantes, France (SIRET 89058605000035). Contact: loretpierre@gmail.com.
By using Sounday you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
accounts
You can play without an account. If you sign in, you do it with Discord, Google or a link sent to your email; Sounday never asks for a password. One account per person. You are responsible for the Discord, Google or email account you sign in with.
In the settings (under your name), you can change your email address, link or unlink a way to sign in (one always stays), and delete your account and everything it holds at any time. You can also write to loretpierre@gmail.com.
fair use
Play as yourself. Do not automate answers, send fake results to the server, try to get into other accounts, or disrupt the service. Accounts used this way may be suspended or deleted.
in discord
When you play in the Discord Activity, the Sounday bot posts a card with your progress and score in the channel you play from, and a recap of the day's results with your name the next morning. Everyone who can see that channel can see them. Server admins can erase a player's results with the /reset command.
what belongs to whom
The machines, the design, the texts and the code of Sounday belong to the publisher. The music used in the exercises comes from Pixabay and is used under the Pixabay Content License. Your results are yours: you can ask for a copy at any time.
availability
Sounday is provided free of charge. The publisher takes reasonable care to keep it running and your data safe: hosting in France, encrypted connections, no passwords stored. This is an obligation of means, not of result: the service can be interrupted for maintenance, change, or stop. If it stops, you will be able to ask for a copy of your data before it is deleted.
liability
The publisher is liable under the conditions of French law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.
changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. If a change affects your account in a significant way, it will be shown on the site before it applies.
law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, write to loretpierre@gmail.com first; if no solution is found, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
